The Light Attunement is a method of using the Universal White Christ Light to purify and cleanse yourself to increase your degree of at-one-ment with the Creative Source.
The Light Attunement may be used in prayer, meditation, and/or contemplation to balance, heal, and otherwise assist you, and to bring harmony and peace to all people and to our Planet Earth.
How to Do It
The Light Attunement can be used by an individual or a group. In either case, you first place yourself (and any others present) into Spiritual protection through some form of prayer that is acceptable to your own belief. (The Fellowship’s Mantra Prayer of Protection may be used as an addition to any other general prayer you feel comfortable using, such as The Lord’s Prayer.)
Visualize the Universal White Christ Light as a ray or shaft of Light coming from above, and then draw it into yourself.
As this Light becomes part of you and you become part of it, visualize it as an energy flowing through you, filling and cleansing your seven major Chakras (Psychic Centers), your four principal Bodies, and your Three Levels of Consciousness (all explained below).
USING THE LIGHT ATTUNEMENT
CLEANSING THE CHAKRAS* (Psychic Centers)
PINEAL: I draw the White Christ Light down through the top of my head into my Pineal Center—my Crown Chakra—filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
PITUITARY: I draw the White Christ Light into my Pituitary Center—my Third Eye Chakra—filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
THYROID: I draw the White Christ Light into my Thyroid Center—my Throat Chakra— filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
THYMUS: I draw the White Christ Light into my Thymus Center—my Heart Chakra—filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
ADRENAL: I draw the White Christ Light into my Adrenal Center—my Solar Plexus—filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
LYDIG: I draw the White Christ Light into my Lydig Center—my Spleen Chakra—filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
GONAD: I draw the White Christ Light into my Gonadic Center—my Root Chakra, at the base of my spine—filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
Now I harmonize my Chakras, each one with the other. I harmonize the Gonadic with the Lydig, the Lydig with the Adrenal, the Adrenal with the Thymus, the Thymus with the Thyroid, the Thyroid with the Pituitary, and the Pituitary with the Pineal.
Now I visualize my Chakras being completely balanced, attuned, and harmonized, each one with the other.
* Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit. Chakras are wheel-shaped centers of subtle energy located along the length of your spine.
CLEANSING THE BODIES
Now I draw the White Christ Light into my Physical Body, filling, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it—clearing and cleansing my bloodstream, my cellular structure, circulatory system, nervous system, the glands, and all the organs of my body . . . including the heart, the liver, the lungs, the kidneys, the intestinal tract, and the pancreas —rejuvenating, revitalizing, and re-energizing my entire Physical Body.
Now I draw the White Christ Light into my Emotional Body, filling, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it. I release all feelings of negativity—hatred, anger, fear, resentment, jealousy, envy, greed, lust, or any other negative emotional patterns—clearing and cleansing all that which is not rightful within my Emotional Body, filling my Emotional Body with love, harmony, stability, and strength.
Now I draw the White Christ Light into my Mental Body, filling, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it; clearing and cleansing all of my negative thought patterns, and asking that I be given the ability to comprehend and understand all that enters my Mental Body. I aspire mentally to truth, goodness, beauty, trust, and unity with my spiritual purpose.
Now I draw the White Christ Light into my Spiritual Body, filling, clearing, cleansing, balancing and attuning it; filling it with Light, love, and power.
Now I harmonize my Physical Body with my Emotional Body, my Emotional Body with my Mental Body, and my Mental Body with my Spiritual Body, seeing each of my Bodies being completely balanced, attuned, and harmonized with the others, all in the Universal White Christ Light.
CLEANSING THE THREE LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Now I draw the White Christ Light into my Basic Selves—my Subconscious Mind—filling them with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning them. I invoke a special blessing upon my Basic Selves and ask them to cooperate with each other to fulfill my karmic patterns and to be stable, balanced, and secure.
Now I draw the White Christ Light into my Conscious Mind, filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing and attuning it. I ask that my Conscious Mind be alert, aware, stable, balanced, and secure, and that it assist my Basic Selves and be attuned to my High Self.
Now I draw the White Christ Light into my High Self, filling it with the White Christ Light, clearing, cleansing, balancing, and attuning it.
Now I harmonize my Subconscious Mind with my Conscious Self, blending them together with my High Self, my Teachers, and my Superconscious Mind (a high level of God-Consciousness above the High-Self Awareness).
Now I place my Chakras, Bodies, and Levels of Consciousness within a triple electromagnetic shield of the White Christ Light of protection.
CLOSING
I am grateful, and I thank you Father-Mother God for the blessing of your protection and alignment of all of my Chakras, Bodies, and Levels of Consciousness.
Our Spirit Sources have provided us with this Light Attunement. It will assist those who desire Spiritual fulfillment and evolvement to become cleared, cleansed, balanced, and attuned— Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, and Spiritually—within the Universal White Christ Light, the Light of the Creator.
